Earliest check in is 2.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm or 7.00pm depending on your accommodation. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.

Other Policies

In the unfortunate event of the cancellation of a booking, the following cancellation policy will apply:

More than 28 days prior to arrival: forfeit admin charges only

28 to 14 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of booking total, plus admin charges

14 to 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 75% of booking total, plus admin charges

Less than 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of booking total

Please ensure full payment is made at least 14 days prior to arrival.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

One-night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Last-minute bookings must also be paid in full.

For any bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

Only our Gate House Apartment is pet friendly.

• Please consider the other guests & no noise after 10pm or before 8am, this includes the revving of bikes.

• Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is before 10am.
