In the unfortunate event of the cancellation of a booking, the following cancellation policy will apply:
More than 28 days prior to arrival: forfeit admin charges only
28 to 14 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of booking total, plus admin charges
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 75% of booking total, plus admin charges
Less than 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of booking total Please ensure full payment is made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
One-night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Last-minute bookings must also be paid in full.
For any bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING: • No pets allowed at the Fat Mulberry Guesthouse except by prior arrangement
Only our Gate House Apartment is pet friendly.
• Please consider the other guests & no noise after 10pm or before 8am, this includes the revving of bikes.
• Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is before 10am.

Earliest check in is 2.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm or 7.00pm depending on your accommodation. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am.
